Terms and conditions

Appointments:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment, arriving late may result in your treatment time being shortened and the treatment will be charged at full price. Due to the nature of the salon we do not have a waiting room area, if it’s a sunny day please feel free to take a seat outside the studio. A ‘treatment in progress’ sign will be visible when with a client.

Cancellations:

To ensure all clients can book the appointment times required, a 50% charge will be implemented if 24 hours minimum notice has not been given to a cancelled or changed appointment. Missed appointments will also be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.

Children:

In order for you to fully relax and enjoy your treatment and to comply with current Health and Safety regulations, we request that children and babies are not brought to the salon.

Courses:

All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 8 months. Missed appointments without notice may result in treatments being deducted from your course.

Prices:

Our prices are subject to change without notice

Offers and promotions:

Skin Solutions can withdraw any promotion on treatments or products anytime without notice. Only one offer can be applied per treatment.
